The Devil is in the Damaged Detail

Our task was to create a 3D object within maya and mudbox. This would consist of creating a model of the said object within maya and then transfer photographs of the object onto the model. We also used photoshop to edit the images so they would be able to fit easily onto the 3D model.

Here is a screen shot of me modelling and implementing the images onto the trunk shapes model.


Finally when in mudbox and all sides were complete with images I used the sculpt tools to add finishing texture to the box so it would really stand out.
